I'm a student at Weald of Kent Grammar school in the UK and would like to ask for permission to use the song Nintendo Game by Alessia Cara for my Media A-level coursework.

As a class we have been studying music videos and have now been asked to create our own. I would use the song to create a colour, summer pop video. Which will be uploaded to Youtube and I will not profit from it.

Statement of intent- Website  I want to create a website that shows synergy between my video and the online pages for my artist. I will do this through creating a colour scheme on my website that I can easily attach to my video at the end. I created a soft coloured background including hand drawn images that relate to the music video, therefore creating synergy. This style of background was inspired by Alessia Cara’s website where she also has small hand drawn images on a soft mustard coloured background. I incorporated my background that I created into the end of my music video where I could clearly outline the music company production as well as an obvious link to my artist’s website.
